Adding Licenses to Current Plan
See the below steps for modifying your subscription plan. If your current plan is a legacy floating license plan or another legacy plan, please contact support@up.codes to make any changes.
1. On the top right-hand side, click your user name. Then click Billing.
2. Under Subscription, click Add/Remove User.
3. Enter the new amount of licenses in New Subscription. Click Change Subscription, then the number of licenses will be updated.
Changing Current Plan
1. On the top right-hand side, click your user name. Then click Billing.
2. Under Plan, select See Plan.
3. Select the Number of Users you would like. Then you can select the Plan. If you are looking for an Enterprise account, you would select Contact Sales. The billing can also be switched from Annual to Monthly or vice versa.
4. Once the plan is selected, you can see the monthly cost. If downgrading, the credit you would receive will be listed. When ready, click monthly cost Downgrade or Upgrade, depending on your chosen plan.
